OUR COMMITMENTS

A STRONG BELIEF
At S’cape, we firmly believe that businesses have a vital role to play in addressing the major challenges facing our society. The ecological transition and social justice are not the sole responsibility ofpublic authorities — they concern us all.

A SHARED RESPONSIBILITY
The boundaries between public institutions, businesses, and civil society are fading.
Today, everyone has a role to play and a responsibility to uphold.
Companies must demonstrate the sincerity of their commitments — both internally (with their teams and partners) and externally (with clients, audiences, and institutions).

EVENTS: A COMMUNICATION TOOL
An event is much more than just a highlight in a communication strategy. It is also an opportunity to raise awareness, inspire, promote best practices, and strive to generate a positive impact within your ecosystem.
At S'cape, we design events that: :
-
reduce their environmental and social impact,
-
and create positive effects within their ecosystem.

A LONG-STANDING COMMITMENT AND OFFICIAL RECOGNITION
Long aware of climate and social issues – notably through its work since 2011 with the Ministry for Ecological Transition on its entire events strategy, which must obviously be exemplary in this area – the S'cape Group is now ISO 20121 certified (certification for the Lyon office and FXM Events in Lille to follow).
We are proud of this certification, but it is also a starting point for going further.
TOMORROW

We continue our commitment based on four principles that we uphold on a daily basis within the agency and through our events:
Respect and promote the application of the principle of non-discrimination in all its forms and at all stages of the employment relationship.
Promoting professional equality between men and women
Encouraging the professional integration of young people: work-study students and interns are welcome, and we often keep them on with us for their first permanent contract!
Encouraging the reception and integration of people with disabilities
